Course description:
We’ll cover a little bit about the science and history of fermentation, and we’ll make lots of different fermented foods and drinks. Some possibilities include hot sauce, kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, beer, wine, miso, tempeh, sourdough bread, and yogurt. We’ll make a list at the first class of what everyone wants to learn about. People who have taken the class before are welcome again.
