Course description: What if you could change your entire existence from this moment forward by simply becoming more conscious and more positive with your thoughts? Imagine how things would be different in your life if you could acknowledge and release a negative thought or feeling and transform a bad day into a good one. What experience do you bring to this class? I am the author of the book and compact disc: Dancing with Divinity: Positive Affirmations for any Situation, upon which the workshop is based. I have worked with positive affirmations for more than 19 years. I have a Masters in Education. I am a former school teacher, coach, and Fulbright Teacher. I am currently a yoga teacher, personal trainer and breathworker. I believe that a positive mindset influences your life in every thing you think, say and do.
